| Abstract: | In order to successfully express the protein GP5 of PRRSV GZJL strain,the research designed and synthesized a pair of primers.The dGP5 gene from the positive recombinant plasmid pMD18-T-GP5 was amplified by PCR,the 79-600 bp gene sequence GP5 of PRRSV GZJL strain.The dGP5 gene segment was cloned into prokaryotic expression vector pET-32a(+)and transformed into E.coli strain BL21(DE3).After PCR,restriction enzyme and sequencing analysis,the positive strains were expressed after induced with IPTG.The molecula... |
