摘    要:通过不同时期摘袋和不同日照光量处理,研究了矮砧密植条件下光照积累量对苹果果实着色和品质的影响.结果表明:摘袋后,苹果果实花青苷含量迅速增加.采前18 d摘袋的果实,花青苷含量增加到一定程度后不再增加;采前12 d摘袋的果实,花青苷含量一直持续增加,采收时花青苷含量与早摘袋果实无显著差异.不同摘袋时期对苹果果实可溶性糖含...

Abstract:Based on different periods of bag removing and ambient illumination,effects of solar radiation cumulant on fruit coloring and flavor quality indices of apple fruit with intensive planting on dwarf rootstock were studied.The results show that the anthocyanin in peel of bagged fruits increased rapidly after bag removal,anthocyanin content in fruit peel removed bags 18 d before harvest had a rapid increase during early stage and a slow accumulation close to picking,that of 12 d before harvest increased continu...
