| 摘 要： | 文章采用数据包络分析（DEA）法,基于2007年中国804个精制茶加工企业的投入产出数据,对中国精制茶加工企业的技术效率进行分析。结果表明中国精制茶加工企业平均技术效率较低,不同所有制形式的企业效率存在明显差异,外资企业技术效率低于国内资本企业,不同地区的精制茶加工企业技术效率差异较大,并根据结论提出了对应的政策建议。
