桑树在三峡库区植被恢复中的应用前景

摘    要:面对生态恢复日趋紧迫的三峡库区,目前最为可行的治理措施是实施植被重建工程。桑树以其对恶劣自然环境的超强适应性和突出的保持水土、涵养水源、净化空气等生态功能而在三峡库区受到关注。在阐述桑树的生态适应性以及生态作用与经济价值的基础上,探讨如何合理利用桑树的生态功能为三峡库区环境治理和缓解人地矛盾服务,同时对桑树在库区植被重建中尚需开展的科学研究,以及注重库区桑树产业化开发的生态效益等提出了建议。
