木里露天煤矿水土流失量预测及防治对策

对青藏高原高山草甸区建设露天煤矿和开采过程中可能造成新的水土流失数量及危害进行了预测,并探索采用点、线、面相结合,重点防治与全面预防相结合的办法,合理配置各项水土保持综合防治措施,最大限度控制煤炭开采所引发的新增水土流失,加强对草地资源的保护,促进区域经济可持续发展。

Forcast of water and soil loss by strip mining and control measures in Muli region Tianjun county Qinghai province

The quantity and harm of soil and water loss that may be newly caused by strip mining in areas of alpine meadow on Qinghai-tibet plateau was forcated,probing to adopt comprehensive works in dot-line-plane formation,integrating priority control with overall prevention,rational disposition of all comprehensive measures for controlling water and soil loss,mostly control newly caused water and soil loss by mining activities,so as to enhance the protection of grassland resource,improve the sustainable development of regional economy.
