短波紫外线照射对采后番茄果皮中防御酶活性的影响

摘    要:绿熟番茄经2.4KJ/m2UV-C照射后,果皮中防御酶活性被诱导升高,POD、PPO活性在处理后第2天分别提高1.3和1.13倍,PAL活性在第4天提高1.69倍,贮期自然发病率和人工接种发病率降低.

Abstract:The activity of peroxidase( POD),polyphenol oxidase( PPO), phenylalanine ammonialayse(PAL), were induced by 2 4KJ/m 2 UV C irradiation After UV C treatment, the activity of POD and PPO were enchanted 1 3 and 1 13 fold at days 2 respectively, PAL activity was enchanted 1 69 fold at days 4, the storage disease of tomato was lessened
