高致病性猪蓝耳病血液常规研究

摘    要:
为了解高致病性猪蓝耳病(PRRS)患猪的血液生理指标,给临床防制提供理论依据,试验将健康仔猪和经实验室诊断为PRRS阳性的仔猪各6头,前腔静脉采血,EDTA抗凝管抗凝,用CA500全自动血液分析仪进行血液生理指标分析。结果:(1)PRRS组的白细胞总数、淋巴细胞显著增加(P0.05),单核细胞数量极显著降低(P0.01);(2)PRRS组平均红细胞血红蛋白和平均红细胞体积分布宽度变异系数显著(P0.05)或极显著(P0.01)降低;(3)PRRS组血小板计数、血小板压积、平均血小板体积显著(P0.05)或极显著(P0.01)增加。结果显示:PRRS病毒导致了机体的炎症反应,血管通透性增加,并激活了机体的凝血系统。

Abstract:
For the understanding Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome on blood physiological index,the theoretical basis of clinical control was provided.With the two groups of 6 healthy piglets and 6 laboratory diagnosis of PRRS positive piglets,the drawing blood in precaval vein and EDTA coagulation control of anticoagulation,using the CA500 automatic blood analyzer to analyse blood physiological index were tested.Results:(1) The total number of white blood cells(WBC),lymphocyte of PRRS group were significant(P〈0.05)more than that of control group,else the mononuclear cell was extremely significant less(P〈0.01).(2)The red blood cell(RBC) of PRRS group was significant(P〈0.05)more that of control group,while,mean corpuscular hemoglobin were significant less(P〈0.05),the average variation coefficient of red blood cell volume distribution width(RDW)of PRRS group was extremely significant less(P〈0.01).(3)The thrombocytocritand platelet count were significant more(P〈0.05),the mean platelet volume of PRRS group was extremely significant higher(P〈0.01).Conclusion:PRRS virus led to the organism's inflammation reaction,vessel permeability increase,and activating organism's blood coagulation system.
