小城镇建设中的土地节约集约利用——以重庆市黔江区为例

以重庆市黔江区为例,通过建立模型,计算集约度,分析了黔江区1996～2004年的土地节约集约利用情况,提出了小城镇建设中土地节约集约利用的对策。

Land Economically and Intensively Using in Small Town's Construction

With the swift and violent development of small town construction in our country,the importance of land intensively using becomes more and more outstanding.The land intensively using in small town is the basic prerequisite of sustainable development,and also,is the inevitable requirement for industry development.In the development of western regions of our country,we must insist land intensively using in small town.In this text,some problems existed in the construction of small town and the necessity of economically and intensively using land in small town construction were analyzed.And Qianjiang district of Chongqing city taken as example,the model of Qianjiang's economically and intensively using land from 1996 to 2004 was analyzed.Of our country's small town(esp.western regions),the land use pattern was under the transition from extensive to intensive and we should catch this opportunity in order to save more valuable land resource in the course of urbanization.
