| Abstract: | This paper expounds the significance of construction of Liaoning inshore shelter forest project and puts forward the target and layout of construction of Liaoning inshore shelter forest project.This paper also points out that its construction emphases are backbone forest belts, wetland protection, urban and rural greening and beautifying, as well as green routeways. |
