影响葡萄酒铜版纸标签贴标质量的因素

为改善葡萄酒铜版纸标签的贴标质量,以3个不同批次的铜版纸标签作为研究对象,对影响贴标质量的4个重要因素(标签的纸质、灌装酒体的温度、灌装环境的湿度及干燥速度)进行了试验研究。结果表明:选择浸水均匀、伸缩率小、变形轻微且复原性好的标签;在灌装前,对温度低的酒体进行提前升温使酒体在灌装时达到21℃以上;当环境的湿度大时,通过安装吹风装置来加快干燥速度,可保证贴标的合格率。

Factors of Affecting the Labeling Quality of Wine Art Paper Label

In order to improve the labeling quality of art paper label of wine, with the three different batches labels as research objects, this paper studied four factors which influenced labeling quality （quality of wine label, wine temperature, ambient humidity and drying speed）. The research results showed that selecting the labels which havd small flexibility and good recovery and uniform infiltration to be used in the production; prior to filling, heating low temperature wine to reach 21 ℃ as high ambient humidity, making label dry faster by installing air blowing device, with these actions the labeling quality would be improved.
