水稻SE21S育性败育期的植株性状和小孢子发育关系研究

摘    要:在长日高温和短日低温的自然条件下,观察了水稻光敏核不育系SE21S在育性败育期的植株性状、叶枕、穗长、至抽穗时间,花粉小孢子发育过程中的细胞形态变化和植株性状与小孢子发育时期的关系。结果表明:(1)SE21S育性败育期的植株形态特征特性为叶枕距-1.0~4.5cm,幼穗长12.5~14.6cm,距抽穗前6.4~9.6d,花粉小孢子发育时期正处在单核期,光温条件是影响育性的敏感气候因子。(2)花粉小孢子细胞发生变化表现皱缩不规则,可育的小孢子细胞表现圆滑有规则,而在胞母细胞至四分体时期与正常水稻(对照)相比,在形态上未见差别。
