新疆苜蓿品种群体产草量、品质等农艺性状的遗传变异和相关研究

摘    要:以新疆目前栽培利用的4个苜蓿品种及八农6个新选系(分属于Medicago sativa L.,M.varia Martyn)为材料,应用方差及典型相关分析方法对新疆苜蓿品种群体的产草量、品质等性状的遗传变异、选择潜力和性状组间的相关性进行了研究。结果表明:新疆苜蓿品种群体产草量性状具有较大的选择潜力,但对此性状直接选择效果不大。品种对粗蛋白含量的效应为零,叶茎比h_B~2、GCV均低。根据典型相关分析的结果,初步认为通过相关选择提高产草量的同时,不会导致品质的下降。

Abstract:Genetic varibility and relationships among 10 agronomic characters of 10 alfalfa (Medicago sativa L. and M. varia Marlyn) accessions representing cultivars, experimental strains and a Xinjiang landrace were examined by variance and canonical correlation procedures. Results indicated that the forage yield of this population had great selection potentiality, but h_B~2 of this trail was low (h_B~2=0.1). Cultivar effects for crude protein content was zero, GCV and h_B~2 was comparatively low for leaf to stem ratio. The canonical corrrclation of forage yield components (FYC) (formed from plant height, stems per transect, stem diameter and yield per shoot) with forage quality (FQC) (formed from crude protein and lesf to stem ratio) was not significant, a conclusin could be drawn that breeding for forage yield increasing might not reduce forage quality.
