| 摘 要： | 近年来,农作物秸秆焚烧现象普遍且屡禁不止,不仅浪费资源、污染环境,而且影响群众健康和公共安全,成为一个亟待解决的社会性问题。该文阐述了蚌埠市秸秆禁烧与综合利用的现状,分析了蚌埠市秸秆焚烧屡禁不止的原因,并针对性地提出相关对策与建议。
