Abstract:To identify the effect of rhizobacteria on salt tolerance of poplars,the impact of plant growth promoting bacteria(PGPR)-Bacillus sp.and Arthrobacter sp.on growth and physiology of poplars seedlings have been investigated in pot experiment.The inoculation of Arthrobacter sp.significantly increased the height of poplar seedlings grown in the presence of 119.7 mmol/L NaCl salt;Bacillus sp.had no obvious impact on height of poplar seedlings stressed by different NaCl concentrations.The two bacteria decreased t...
