友恩蚜小蜂对松突圆蚧的寄生行为及选择性

摘    要:室内条件下,观察了友恩蚜小蜂Encarsia amicula对松突圆蚧Hemiberlesia pitysophila的寄生行为,研究了该寄生蜂对不同发育阶段的松突圆蚧、不同发育时期雌成蚧的寄生选择性。结果表明,友恩蚜小蜂对松突圆蚧的寄生过程可分为5个阶段:搜寻和识别寄主、产卵管鞘试探、产卵管刺探、产卵、产卵后梳理。对不同发育阶段的松突圆蚧,友恩蚜小蜂只寄生二龄若虫和雌成蚧,但更偏好寄生雌成蚧。对不同发育时期的雌成蚧,友恩蚜小蜂均可寄生,且更偏好寄生处于孕卵期、卵巢发育期、产卵初期和产卵盛期的雌成蚧。蜂蚧比1∶5、1∶10、1∶20时,寄生率分别达25.8%、21.8%、13.0%。说明较高的蜂蚧比,有利于显著提高雌蜂对松突圆蚧雌成蚧的寄生率。

Abstract:The parasitizing behavior of Encarsia amicula on Hemiberlesia pitysophila was described,and its selectivities on different development stages and six different developing periods of female adults of H.pitysophila were also investigated in this paper.Results showed that the parasitism process was divided into five stages which were search and recognition,ovipositor sheath examination, inserting host by ovipositor,oviposition and cleaning.E.amicula could only parasitize the 2nd instar larvae and female adults...
