谷子黑穗病生理小种研究初报

谷子黑穗病是我省谷子的一个主要病害，近年来有加重的迹象。本项试验通过用不同抗性品种与各地菌种交叉接种，鉴定其致病性变化，分析出黑穗病病菌小种分化。在谷子黑穗病病菌群体中确实存在着不同的小种分化。本研究初步确定了山西省春谷主产区至少存在三个生理小种，即忻州和壶关两个弱致病菌种和大部分主产区均有的相似的高致病性菌种。这一菌种对我省目前推广的品种皆具有感病能力，有的还表现为强感病性。这是对我省谷子生产潜在的威胁。
