| 摘 要： | 采用乙醚提取刺山柑种子中油脂,并采用PE 800火焰原子吸收光谱法分析测定油脂中Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg六种元素,采用钾钠火焰光度法测定K、Na元素,石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定Ni,Co,Pb,Cr,Cd元素。结果表明,从刺山柑种子油脂中鉴定出4种常量元素K,Ca,Mg,Na和6种微量元素Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,Ni,Co,重金属元素Pb,Cr,Cd的含量均低于国家标准。说明刺山柑种子油脂富含多种营养元素,具有潜在的开发价值。 |

| Abstract: | Soxlet method was used to extract the oil with ether solvent.The elements of Mn,Zn,Cu,Ca,Mg were determined by atomic Absorption spectrophotometer(PE800).The elements of K,Na and Ni,Co,Pb,Cr,Cd were determined by flame photometry of kalium and atom Absorption spectrophotometry.The results was showed the seed of Capparis spinosa L including 4 species constant element,6 species of trace elements and 3 species of weight elements.,the contents of heavy metal Pb,Cr and Cd were much lower than the national standa... |
