摘    要:用 2 4只 40 0日龄海兰褐父母代种公鸡来研究鸡强饲不同蛋白质水平的饲料原料玉米、豆粕和鱼粉对内源能排泄量测定值的影响。结果表明 :强饲后 ,豆粕组和鱼粉组每只鸡内源能排泄量 (EEL)极显著高于玉米组 (P <0 0 1) ,鱼粉组显著高于豆粕组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,内源能排泄量用每千克体重表示后 ,各处理组间的差异情况不变 ;豆粕组和鱼粉组每只鸡内源氮损失量 (ENL)极显著高于玉米组 (P <0 0 1) ,鱼粉组显著高于豆粕组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;当内源能用氮校正后 ,各处理间的差异均不显著 (P >0 1) ,鸡每千克体重排出的EELn,各组间差异也不显著 (P >0 1)。

Abstract:Twenty four 400-day-old Hy-line Brown adult roosters were used to study the effect of different protein level feedstuffs on cndogenous energy losses of roosters.The results showed that endogenous energy losses (EEL) of soybean meal group and fish meal group were significantly higher than that of corn grain group (P<0.01),EEL of fish meal group was significantly higher than that of soybean meal (P<0.05),the differences of each group endogcnous energy losses of per kg body wcight were not changed;the endogenous niltrogen losses of soybean meal group and fish meal group were significantly higher than that of corn grain group (P<0.01),ENL of fish neal group was significantly higher than that of soybean meal (P<0.05),after nitrogen correlation of endogcnous energy losses,the difference of EELn between each group were not significant (P>0.1),the difference of EELn/kg body weight between cach group were not significant also (P>0.1).
