玉米杂交种子简化生产方法研究

将玉米杂交种西农11号双亲的姊妹系分别回交转育成具有双，C型细胞质类型的雄性不育系及其相应的保持系，测交鉴定出西18恢复系，用2个隔离区配制出西农11号的正，反交杂交种，同时繁殖了双168ms和西18ms以及相应的保持系和恢复系种子，此法不仅在玉米制种时利用了雄花不育性，能降低生产成本，提高经济效益，而且也有效地减少了隔离区数目，简化了繁殖制种的工作程序。

Study on the Producting System to Shrink of Maize hybrid

The sib lines of double parent of Xinong 11 was breeded male sterile lines of Shuang and C cytoplasmic,and correlative maintain line with the method of back crossing.Xi 18 restoring line was tested and selected.With two Production plots not only producting positive cross and reverse cross hybrid of Xinong 11,but also producting Shuang 168^ms and CXi18^ms,and corrective seeds of maintain lines and restoring lines.By this way not only used male sterility in producting of maize seed,decreassing spendion to produce hybrid,but also shrinked the production plot number and work system of breeding and producting.
