法兰地草莓花药培养技术研究

摘    要:以法兰地草莓为试材,研究了不同6-BA浓度、不同碳源、不同基本培养基对法兰地草莓花药愈伤组织诱导的影响,不同组合的细胞分裂素对愈伤组织诱导分化的影响.结果表明:6-BA浓度1 mg/L、麦芽糖作碳源、MS为基本培养基最适合法兰地草莓愈伤组织诱导.细胞分裂素以6-BA 2 mg/L+ZT 2mg/L组合最适合诱导不定芽分化.试验中观察到:法兰地草莓花药直接接种于MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+麦芽糖30 g/L的培养基上,70 d后可直接诱导出不定芽,其分化率高达11%.

Abstract:Took Falandi Strawberry as an experimental material,we made a research on the different densities of 6-BA,different carbon sources and different basic culture mediums' influence on Falandi Strawberry Anther's wound recovery tissue inducement.We also studied different combinations of cell division's influence on the division of wound recovery tissue inducement.The result showed that 6-BA density 1 mg/L,malt sugar as carbon source,and MS as basic culture medium were most suitable for Falandi Strawberry Anther...
