| 摘 要： | 近代军阀阎锡山,统治三晋长达38年之久。他在1935至1949年,为求得生存和发展,进行了一系列的政治与经济方面的“改革”,其中在农业方面,进行过“土地村公有”方案的订定和宣传,欲将境内的农业经济活动完全纳入他的军阀政权运行轨道。企图通过农业的发展,达到巩固其割据山西的目的。

| Abstract: | Yan Xishan,the warlord in modern Chinese history,had dominated Shanxi region for 38 years.During the period between 1935 and 1949,he carried through a series of reform in politic and economic aspects including the scheme of "Land Owned by Village" in rural areas,in order to control the activities in agricultural economy to fulfill his ambition of setting up a separatist regime in Shanxi by force of arms. |
