| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法，检测了85个家蚕品种的蛹期血淋巴酯酶同工酶酶谱，并对部分品种进行了聚类分析。结果表明，不同家蚕品种蛹期血淋巴酯酶同工酶酶带类型丰富，最多显现13条酶带，可区分为A、B、C三个染色区。利用酯酶同工酶酶谱对部分家蚕品种进行聚类分析，结果分别依中国系统、13本系统、欧洲系统各聚为一类。

| Abstract: | The blood esterase isozyme spectrum of 85 Bombyx mori varieties in pupal stage was studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE),and some varieties were analyzed by cluster analysis in this experiment.The results showed that the differences of zymogram among these species were significant and all the species could be unequivocally distinguished from each other.Thirteen isozyme bands were observed at the most,which could be divided into three regions,A,B and C.Based on the esterase isozyme spectrum,15 ... |
