ZWX系列轴流泵水力模型的研究

摘    要:我国轴流泵效率普遍偏低。对传统的升力法公式进行了改进,应用改进升力法设计的叶轮叶片能有效地控制轮毂和轮缘处边界层及间隙内流动,提高了泵的效率。利用Fluent软件进行流动模拟,叶轮叶片表面及轮毂、轮缘处的速度-压力分布也较理想,改进效果良好。

Abstract:The efficiency of axial pump is generally quite low in China.In this article,through improvement of lift-law method,the flow at boundary layer and clearance in the hub and rim of the impeller designed by the improved method can be controlled effectively.At the same time,the efficiency of pump is increased.The software Fluent is used for flow simulation,and the results indicate that velocity-pressure distribution in the hub,rim and surface of impeller is excellent.The improvement of axial pump is obvious.
