水利工程方案综合评价的ANFS模

摘    要:水利工程方案综合评价就是根据方案评价指标体系和方案的社会效益、经济效益和生态环境效益综合最优原则, 对各水利工程方案集进行相对优劣的分类排序过程, 在水资源系统工程中具有重要意义。在分析以往水利工程方案综合评价方法优缺点的基础上,采用自适应神经模糊推理系统(Adaptive Neural Fuzzy Inference System,ANFIS)建立了水利工程方案综合评价模型。以MATLAB 为工具, 以某综合利用水库正常蓄水位选择为实例进行研究。实例结果表明:同BP神经网络模型相比,此模型具有评价结果稳定、合理,计算速度快等特点,能够有效地应用于水利工程方案的综合评价。

Abstract:Hydraulic engineering project comprehensive evaluation is to arrange the order of the hydraulic engineering schemes according to the optimum principle of evaluation index system,social,economic and eco-environment benefits,so it plays an important role in water resources system engineering.This paper establishes a model of hydraulic engineering comprehensive evaluation by using ANFIS(Adaptive Neural Fuzzy Inference System) based on the analyses of the advantage and disadvantage of the hydraulic engineering comprehensive evaluation methods.Case study of the normal water level for a comprehensive utilization reservoir is conducted using the tool of MATLAB,which shows that this model has superiority of rapid calculation,stable and reasonable results compared with BP neural network model.It can effectively be used in hydraulic engineering scheme comprehensive evaluation.
