摘    要:为比较不同湿地植物对富营养化水体中N,P的去除效应。研究了水葫芦、菖蒲、空心菜、金鱼藻等4种湿地植物对NO3-N,NH4-N及P的吸收动力学特征。结果表明,不同湿地植物对水体中N,P的吸收存在显著的差异,4种植物对NH4-N的最大吸收速率(Vmax)大小为水葫芦>空心菜>菖蒲>金鱼藻,对NO3-N的最大吸收速率表现为水葫芦>空心菜>金鱼藻>菖蒲;对P的最大吸收速率表现为水葫芦>空心菜>菖蒲>金鱼藻;4种湿地植物对水体中氮磷吸收的表观米氏常数(Km),即亲和力均呈现出与最大吸收速率相反的趋势。
