液体介质花粉授粉对烟草坐果和种子活力及幼苗的影响

摘    要:将硼酸、蔗糖、CaCl2、Put、Spd和Spm溶液与纯花粉混合,制成不同花粉比例的液体介质花粉,以纯花粉为对照,研究介质花粉对‘MS云烟85’、‘MS云烟87’和‘MS K326’的坐果、种子活力及幼苗干重的影响。结果表明:用(0.01 g CaCl2﹢100 g蔗糖+100 g纯花粉)·L-1的液体介质花粉对‘MS云烟85’授粉,坐果率较对照提高19.98%,种子千粒重及幼苗干重分别增加20 mg和1.7 mg,纯花粉用量减少37.6%,且未影响每蒴果种子数、每蒴果种子重、种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数及平均发芽时间,授粉效果好。用(0.5 mmol Spd+150 g纯花粉)·L-1的液体介质花粉对‘MS云烟87’和‘MS K326’授粉,种子千粒重分别增加7.4 mg和8.4 mg,幼苗干重分别增加0.95 mg和0.15 mg,且‘MS K326’的坐果率提高了26.09%,授粉对两品种的其他各指标无显著影响,但花粉用量分别减少40.1%和39.3%。结果表明,在保证种子产量和质量的基础上,应用液体介质花粉可达到提高授粉效率,降低制种成本的目的。
