| 摘 要： | 实践教学在高等农业院校教育中占有特殊地位,对培养＂具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质应用型人才＂具有重要意义。针对地方高等农业院校实践教学中存在的问题,结合仲恺农业工程学院的改革与实践,从加强对实践教学工作重要性的认识、实践教学体系的构建、师资队伍建设、实践教学基本条件建设以及实践教学质量管理等五方面,对如何提高实践教学实效进行了阐述。
