| 摘 要： | 蔬菜型甘薯的茎尖产量、品质及经济效益不同品种间存在很大的差异,与普通甘薯品种南薯88相比,渝菜1号的茎尖产量和新增产值最高,且多酚氧化酶活性低,营养品质优.不同种植密度试验结果表明,高密度(1 hm2 104 948株)栽培条件下各参试品种(系)的茎尖产量均比低密度(1 hm2 52 474株)栽培条件下高,各品种(系)高密度栽培条件下1 hm2的新增产值平均比低密度栽培条件下的高15 647.68元.

| Abstract: | There are differences in the yield,qualities and economic benefits of the stem tip among the vegetable sweetpotato varieties.Yucai 1 got more stem tip yield and higher benefit than common variety Nanshu88.The nutrition contents of Yucai 1 were also better than those of Nanshu88.The result of density testing indicated that not only the yield of stem tip but also the economic benefit were higher when grown in higher density than in low density. |
