膨化食品表面质量的自动检测

摘    要:利用图像处理方法,对膨化玉米表面质量进行了研究。结果表明,膨化玉米的颜色和体积是反映产品质量的重要信息,直接受物料喂入量和含水量的影响,通过伴样本图像的统计分析可知,RGB,CMY模型比HSI模型更适用于膨化玉米,用图像处理方法自动检测多膨化食品表面质量可避免手工检测和内部结构图像分析时破坏样本,减少了损失,是在线自动检测膨化食品质量的新途径。

Abstract:Automatic inspection of extruded food quality is a bottle neck in an automatic process of food extrusion. In the paper, the apparent quality of puffed corn extrudates was inspected by image processing. The results show that the color and size characteristics of puffed corn extrudates indicate the significant information of product quality. These characteristics are affected by the feed rate and moisture. Through statistical analyses on the images of the samples, RGB and CMY color models are considered better than HSI color model for puffed corn extrudates. The image processing is an effective and practical approach for on line automatic inspection of extruded food quality in real time systems.
