| 摘 要： | 本试验系统探讨了异色瓢虫成虫冷藏的最适宜条件。10℃是较适合于异色瓢虫刚羽化成虫保存的温度，保存期30天左右。对15℃、4L／20D、RH为70％-90％条件下定量饲喂20天，已进入滞育状态的异色瓢虫成虫而言，8—10℃是较为理想的长期冷藏保存温度，在此温度条件下冷藏保存120天，异色瓢虫成虫的存活率仍高于85％；12℃适宜短期冷藏保存，在此温度条件下冷藏保存50天，异色瓢虫成虫的存活率仍能达到100％。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper,the optimum cold storage conditions for adults of Harmonia axyridis Pallas were studied.The results showed that 10℃ was the appropriate temperature for cold storage of newly emerging adults and the appropriate cold storage period was 30 days.For diapausing adults of Harmonia axyridis Pallas fed for 20 days at 15℃ with 4-hour light,20-hour dark and 70%~90% humidity,8~10℃ were the ideal temperature for long-term storage while 12℃ for short-term storage,and the survival rates of the two kinds of temperatures were 85% and 100% respectively after 120-day and 50-day cold storage respectively. |
