惠楼山药的组织培养与快繁技术研究

［目的］研究惠楼山药组织培养与快繁技术。方法]以惠楼山药茎尖部分作为外植体，以MS为基本培养基，添加不同浓度的6-BA、NAA、IAA、2,4-D、IBA，配制不同的培养基，对惠楼山药试管苗进行分化与诱导、继代与增殖及生根培养试验，并对试管苗进行炼苗与移栽，还提出脱毒快繁后的惠楼山药的栽培要点。［结果］ 经分化与诱导培养后的无毒茎尖分化苗接种到继代与增殖培养基中，5d后有愈伤组织形成，28～35d苗高3～5cm，将生长势强、健壮的苗转入生根培养基中，25d左右生根率达95%以上，生根28～35d的幼苗经炼苗和移栽后，成活率在90%以上。［结论］获得了惠楼山药茎尖培养脱毒与诱导、增殖和生根的培养基，以及生长所需要的外部环境条件和配套技术。
