静水压强实验仪的改进及实验

摘    要:老式静水压强实验仪存在的问题有:压力调节过程繁琐、容易外溢;刻度板与密封箱距离远且零热能而不一致,造成视觉误差大且计算量增加;落地式容易被学生碰撞,造成不安全因素。针对老式静水压强仪中存在的具体问题,进行了如下几个方面的改进:由水桶调压改为气囊调压;将刻度板与调压筒紧挨在一起且零势能面相等;将落地式改为台式。结果表明:改进后的静水压强仪的精度较改进前的提高0.61%,且具有测试方便、直观性强、安全美观等优点。

Abstract:Problems existed with the old hydrostatic pressure tester:Complicated pressure adjustment procedures and easy spill; long distance between the dial board and the sealed box and disagreement with the zero potential energy surface, leading to big collimating errors and increased calculation; and easily knocked down as a floor type. The old hydrostatic pressure tester was improved on as follows: Pressure adjustment by gas bag instead of bucket;the dial board adjoined by the pressurd adjustment barrel in parallel with the zero potential energy surface;and desktop instead of floor type. It was shown that the improved hydrostatic pressure tester was 0.61%more precise than the old one with such advantages as convenience, direct view, safety and beauty.
