| 摘 要： | 依据农用地分等定级的理论及成果,充分考虑我国现有土地开发整理项目中所存在的问题,对土地开发整理项目目标等别的确定方法进行了初步探讨。并以河北省太行山山地丘陵区为例进行了实证研究,确定了目标等别的确定方法,其结果可以为初步设计中土地整理工程设计和土地整理施工设计提供科学依据,并且可以作为一种依据,来保证补充耕地达到质量上的要求。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the theories and results of land gradation and classification,this paper considers the existing problems of land consolidation and adjustment project in our country,and discusses the method of defining goal grade about land consolidation and adjustment project by taking Taihangshan Mountanious Region in Hebei province as an example.And it aims to provide a scientific basis for the practice of land arrangement engineering design and land arrangement construction design.It can be a guidance to guarantee the replenished cultivated land quality. |
