摘    要:本文利用SSR标记技术分别筛选出玉米杂交种农大108和豫玉27的特异性引物,结合单籽粒DNA快速提取方法,建立了两个品种的种子纯度鉴定试剂盒.实验表明,应用此试剂盒可快速、有效地鉴定两个杂交种的种子纯度.

Abstract:Polymorphic SSR primers were screened between the parental lines of maize hybrids Nongda108 and Yuyu27, respectively. With the adoption of DNA rapid extraction method and SSR marker system, the seed purity testing kits of two hybrids were established. The analysis showed that the testing kits could be effectively and rapidly used for seed purity analysis of two hybrids.
