5种中草药对鲤血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶及红细胞过氧化氢酶活性的影响

摘    要:用分别添加3%刺五加、蒲公英、枸杞子、金银花和大蒜单方中草药的基础日粮饲喂鲤(Cyprinus carpio),在第15 d和第30 d测定其血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)及红细胞过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。结果显示,15 d时,血清GOT活性仅大蒜组与对照组差异显著,血清GPT及红细胞CAT活性各试验组与对照组差异均不显著;30 d时,血清GOT活性各实验组与对照组的差异均不显著,血清GPT活性刺五加组和蒲公英组与对照组差异显著,红细胞CAT活性各实验组与对照组的差异均不显著。

Abstract:Cyprinus carpio was fed with basal formulated diet supplemented separately with 3% Chinese herbs Acanthopanax senticosus,Taraxacum mogolicum,L.chinense,Lonicera japonica and Allium sativum,and the glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT),glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT)activities in serum and catalase(CAT)activities in erythrocyte were measured respectively on the 15th day and the 30th day.The results showed that on the 15th day,for the GOT activities,serum of garlic group was significantly higher than serum of control group;GPT activities and CAT activities were not significantly higher than control group;on the 30th day,for the GOT activities,all experimental groups were not significantly higher than control group;for the GPT activities,serum of acanthopanax group and dandelion group were significantly higher than serum of control group;for the CAT activities,all experimental groups were not significantly higher than control group.
