Improvement of TY290 Diesel Engine Inlet Port |

| Abstract: | A steady-flow simulation test on plaster model inlet port of TY290 diesel engine was carried out. The inlet port dimension was optimized on the basis of the test results. Tbe improvement on swirl ratio and mean flow factor of the inlet port, inlet port quality and the diesel's performance have been realized. |
