摘    要:分析了上海50拖拉机液压悬挂系统油路存在的问题并提出改进措施。在保证工艺装备不变前提下,在提升油路上串联了手轮控制的液压锁和油缸安全阀。对原机的系统安全阀、控制阀等液压元件在结构上进行改进,以解决长期存在的农具静沉降大并增大迅速、控制阀易卡滞及系统安全阀早期损坏等薄弱环节,提高了液压悬挂系统的工作可靠性和寿命。

Measures for Improving the Reliability of Shanghai 50 Tractor Hydraulic Hitch System
Abstract:The weakness in the existing circuits of Shanghai 50 tractor hydraulic hitch systemis analysed and improving measurements are proposed. To the prerequisite of unchanging the existing machining equipment, a hydraulic lock and a cylinder relief valve controlled by a hand wheelare added in tandem with lifting system circuits. Structual improvements have been made for thesystem relief valve, control valve and other elements in order to solve the problems such as low ability of maintenence of lift of load which will become even worse in a short time, frequent stick ofcontrol valve, earlier failure of relief valve and etc so as to increase the reliability and operation lifef hydraulic hitch system.
