| 摘 要： | 叶绿素荧光是光合作用能量转换的探针,叶绿素荧光分析具有测量准确,获得结果迅速,反应灵敏的优点。该试验通过测量Fv/Fm在80 min内的恢复情况研究强光对阳生植物和阴生植物的光抑制作用。结果表明:阳生植物Fv/Fm在40 min左右会基本恢复活性,而阴生植物即使到80min也不能恢复。

| Abstract: | The chlorophyll fluorescence is the probe of photosynthesis energy conversion.The chlorophyll fluorescence analysis has the merits of accurate measurement,rapid result and keen response.In the present study,we measured the restoration situation of Fv/Fm in 80 minutes in order to research the photoinhibition phenomenon of sun plants and shade plants.The result indicated that the Fv/Fm activity of sun plants could nearly restore in 40 minutes,but shade plants couldn′t restore even if in 80 minutes. |
