| 摘 要： | 总结了近年来国内外葡萄贮藏生理的研究状况，分别从采后呼吸作用、激素。气调贮藏、低温贮藏、褐变机理、钙营养、辐射贮藏和化学防腐贮藏等八个方面对葡萄贮藏生理的研究结果进行了分析和讨论。
