摘    要:羊的主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)基因由于具有高度多态性和疾病抗性,已成为世界范围内的研究热点。为详细了解羊MHC基因的多态性及其与某些疾病抗性的关系,本文对绵羊、山羊MHC基因的分类、多态性研究及其多态与疾病抗性的相关性进行了概括,并对其在育种中的应用前景进行了展望,以期为MHC基因作为分子标记在羊抗病育种中的利用提供理论依据和借鉴。

Abstract:Because of its high polymorphism and closely-related disease resistance, the main histocompatibility complex(MHC) gene of sheep has become a hot topic of research over the world. In order to have a detailed understanding of the relationship between polymorphism and its resistance to some diseases, this paper reviews studies on the classification and polymorphisms of the MHC genes of sheep and goat, summarizes the correlation between polymorphism of the gene and its resistance to diseases, and proposes prospect of its application in anti-disease breeding, in the hope of providing a theoretical basis and reference for the use of the MHC gene as a molecular marker in anti-disease breeding.
