苦皮藤内生真菌Hd3菌株抑菌活性成分分离及结构鉴定

摘    要:根据活性追踪原理,采用硅胶柱层析以及高效液相色谱等技术对苦皮藤内生真菌Hd3菌株发酵液中的抑菌活性成分进行了分离纯化,得到5个具有抑菌活性的化合物,经质谱和核磁共振波谱技术分别鉴定为3'-氯代杀锥曲菌素、曲地酸、曲地酸甲酯、4',6'-二氯代曲地酸甲酯和 4'-氯代曲地酸甲酯。它们在500 mg/L的浓度下对玉米弯孢菌Curvularia lunata的孢子萌发抑制率分别为100%、67.6%、17.3%、29.1%和 30.4%,其中化合物3'-氯代杀锥曲菌素和曲地酸还对枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis具有强烈的抑制作用。

Abstract:Five antibacterial compounds were isolated from the fermentation broth of endophytes in Celastrus angulatus (strain Hd3) through silica gel columns and HPLC by bioassay-guided fractionation.These chemicals were elucidated as 3'-chlorotrypacidin,asterric acid, methyl asterrate,methyl dichloroasterrate and methyl chloroasterrate by NMR and MS.The bioassay results showed that the inhibition rates of 5 compounds against spore germination of Curvularia lunata were 100%,67.6%,17.3%,29.1%,30.4% at the concentration of 500 mg/L, respectively;and 3'-chlorotrypacidin and asterric acid showed strong antibacterial activity on Bacillus subtilis.
