摘    要:本文介绍了餐厨垃圾干式厌氧消化基本工艺,详细讨论了温度、TS、搅拌、接种物、碳氮比、有机负荷、pH值、碱度和VFA以及盐分对干式厌氧消化的影响,并提出了餐厨垃圾干式厌氧消化工艺今后的研究方向和开发前景。

Abstract:The basic dry anaerobic digestion process for treating food waste was introduced in this paper.The effects of temperature,TS,mixing,inoculums,C/N,organic loading rate,pH,alkalinity,VFA and salinity,on dry anaerobic digestion were discussed in detail.The research direction and foreground of dry anaerobic digestion in the future were proposed.
