| Abstract: | The application of techniques of plant genetic transformation at home and abroad, such as Agrobacterium mediated and particle gun mediated transformation in mediating genes of resisting plant virus into plants was discussed. The vista protecting agriculture production from plant virus by the techniques was prospected in this paper. |
