摘    要:以抗性淀粉的保健功能和加工技术为切入点,介绍抗性淀粉的种类、特性及生理功效等.通过综述国内外对于可食性吸管的研究现状,着重分析抗性淀粉吸管的优势及其加工技术的进展,为人类环保事业和推进新型可食性材料产业的发展提供借鉴.

Abstract:This article took the health care function and processing of resistant starch as the starting point,and introduced the types,characteristics and physiological effects of resistant starch under modern research.By summarizing the research status of edible straws domestic and international,the advantages of resistant starch straws and the development of processing were analyzed,which provided a reference for environmental protection and the development of new edible material industries.
