摘    要:向日葵花盘含有丰富的活性物质,如绿原酸、黄酮、多糖等,其花盘一般作为饲料或者直接焚烧,造成资源的严重浪费,其中黄酮成分是天然抗氧化剂,是近几年的研究热点,对常用的植物黄酮提取和纯化方法的研究进行综述,为向日葵花盘黄酮化合物提取开发提供参考。

Abstract:Sunflower flower plate is rich in active substances,such as chlorogenic acid,flavone,polysaccharide,etc.,but as feed or incineration,it causes serious waste of resources,among which the flavone component is a natural antioxidant,which is a research hotspot in recent years.Therefore,this papered reviewed the research on the extraction and purification methods of plant flavone in common use to extract the flavone from sunflower plate take development for reference.
