| 摘 要： | 玉米须可药食两用,具有降血糖、降血脂等药用功效,作为玉米采后副产物加以利用,可避免资源浪费。通过对玉米须提取物作为天然添加物的综合应用进行综述,旨在为其进一步加工利用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Corn silk,as a food and drug,has the effects of hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic and other medicinal benefits.Making use of the by-product of picked corn could avoid resources wasting.This review described the comprehensive utilization of corn silk extracts as natural additives,to provide reference for the further processing and utilization. |
