摘    要:以信阳农林学院为例,从应用型人才培养目标定位、课程体系与实践教学平台构建到双师型师资队伍建设、教学效果评价机制建立,就新建地方本科院校如何克服教学资源较为匮乏、教学手段相对落后的状况,充分发挥区域优势,培养食品科学与工程专业高素质应用型人才进行探索。

Abstract:Taking Xinyang Institute of Agriculture and Forestry as an example,from the orientation of the training goal of applied talents,the construction of curriculum system and practical teaching platform to the construction of double-qualified teachers and the establishment of teaching effect evaluation mechanism,this paper probed into how to overcome the shortage of teaching resources and the relative backwardness of teaching means,give full play to regional advantages,and train high-quality applied talents majoring in food science and engineering.
