| 摘 要： | 通过pH值示差法检测种植于武川县的“黑金刚”和“黑美人”2种紫色马铃薯中花青素含量.试验表明,在料液比1:30,乙醇体积分数80%,提取温度65℃,超声功率300 W,浸提时间60 min的条件下,“黑金刚”样品中花青素含量为0.951 mg/g, “黑美人”样品中花青素含量为0.263 mg/g.

| Abstract: | The content of anthocyanin in Black King Kong and Black Beauty,two kinds of purple potato grown in Wuchuan County.The results showed that the content of anthocyanin in purple potato Black King Kong was 0.951 mg/g under the conditions of solid liquid ratio 1∶30,ethanol 80%,temperature 65℃and 300 W ultrasonic power for 60 min,the content of anthocyanin in Black Beauty was 0.263 mg/g. |
