| 摘 要： | 以吉林农业科技学院为例,探索“面点工艺学”“金课”建设的思路及设计,从教学内容整合、教学设计、教学模式选择、完善教学评价等4个方面着手,将“面点工艺学”打造成线上、线下相结合的“金课”,为提高人才培养质量奠定基础。

| Abstract: | This study took Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University as an example.Explored the ideas and design of the golden course of Pasta Technology,Starting from four aspects:Ideological and political education,teaching content integration,teaching design,teaching mode selection,and perfect teaching evaluation.Making pastry technology into a golden lesson combining online and offline,in order to the foundation for improving the quality of talent training. |
