| Abstract: | Millet is rich in nutrition and has a high role in food therapy and health care.As a by-product of its processing,millet bran has a wide range of processing and application prospects.The development process,technological conditions,development prospect and latest research achievements of processing products such as millet congee,millet wine,millet vinegar,millet biscuit,millet bran oil,extraction products such as millet yellow pigment,millet flavone,rice bran wax,rice bran protein and polypeptide were discussed in detail. |
